PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a flow rate measuring apparatus errorneously receives signals since the drive pulse of a vibrator on the transmission side jumps into a reception means as noise on spikes, this noise on the spike vibrates the vibrator on the reception side, the reverberation remains until regular reception waves reach, causing precision in flow rate measurement to decrease. SOLUTION: The flow rate measuring apparatus has: at least a pair of vibrators 11 that is provided at a fluid pipeline 10 for transmitting/receiving ultrasonic signals; a transmission means 13 for driving the vibrator 11 for transmitting the ultrasonic signals; and a reception means 16 for inputting the output signal of the vibrator 11 at the reception side for detecting the reception. The reception means 16 comprises: a low-impedance detection means 20 for inputting the output signal at an impedance that is lower than the impedance of the vibrator 11 for detection; and a noise absorption means 19 for absorbing noise components contained in the output signal.
