PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a high anti-theft function by preventing deformation of a machine body cabinet. SOLUTION: A vending machine is provided with: the machine body cabinet (an outer box 1a) having an opening in the front surface; a door lock mechanism provided to an outer door 2 attached to the front surface of the machine body cabinet by hinges so as to be freely openable and closable; and an anti-theft plate 13 for covering a junction surface between the outer door 2 and the outer box 1a of the machine body cabinet from the outside. The vending machine is further provided with a deformation preventing member 15 which projects to the inside of a side wall facing an eaves portion 13a of the anti-theft plate 13 of the outer box 1a and prevents the side wall from being deformed inward, so that the side wall is prevented from being deformed furthermore after coming into contact with the deformation preventing member 15 even when a tool is forced into a space between the front end of the eaves portion 13a of the anti-theft plate 13 and the outer box 1a to deform the outer box 1a (the side wall) inward.
