<p>A multiple throttle device, comprising a plurality of throttle valves (30) disposed in an intake passage (21) corresponding to the cylinder of an engine, a plurality of throttle shafts (41) and (42) supporting the plurality of throttle valves (30) for each group, and a plurality of drive means (60) and (70) driving the throttle valves (41) and (42), wherein the opening/closing control of the throttle valves belonging to one group and the opening/closing control of the throttle valves belonging to the other group are performed separately from each other, a combustion state, i.e., an output is controlled according to operating conditions to an optimum state, and fine control is performed even in an idle speed control, whereby the multiple throttle device of the engine mounted on a motorcycle can be electronically controlled to realize the fine control.</p> |
