<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer with an incentive for introducing a new customer so that a regular customer (person who favors) segment is formed and the regular customer is involved in business operations continuously as a sales promotion tool. <P>SOLUTION: A system for managing the customer, has a means for registering the customer; and a means which, when a first registered customer introduces a second customer, associates the second customer with the first customer. If a transaction with the second customer is effected, achievement according to the transaction is continuously managed for the first customer, and if a transaction with the first customer is effected again, a predetermined incentive award is presented to the first customer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
