HOTEL RESERVATION ESTIMATING MODEL CREATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hotel reservation estimating model creating method for estimating the accommodation status of a hotel, improving the reservation estimating accuracy of hotel accommodation.

SOLUTION: The attributes of reservation and reservation result data to which DBAs are attached are incorporated into the demand of each reservation. Result data counting processing is performed for every attribute of the reservation in the reservation result data for counting the demand of the reservation in the corresponding DBA for every DBA and the accumulated demand of the reservation for every DBA in a range from the past to the corresponding DBA. Result data editing processing is performed for every DBA below a reference DBA for counting the demand of the reservation on specified dates one day each back from the corresponding DBA and the accumulated demand of the reservation for every specified date in a range from the past to the specified date. The demand of the reservation on the specified dates one day each back from the corresponding DBA of the DBAs and the accumulated demand of the reservation for every specified date in a range from the past to the corresponding specified date are input to an input layer of a neutral network. An intermediate layer of the neutral network is learned so that the accumulated demand on the day of accommodation is output from an output layer of the neutral network.
