PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic green sheet which has a proper drying efficiency and in which a craze or the like is hardly formed, and an apparatus for the same. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the ceramic green sheet includes a molding step of molding a slurry 4 containing a ceramic powder, a resin and a solvent in a sheet-like state to manufacture a molding 5, and a drying step of drying the molding 5. In the method, the drying step generates an air flow in an opposite direction to a moving direction of the molding 5 while the molding 5 is moved in a housing 21, gradually raising a temperature of the molding by directing the molding 5 toward its moving direction or holding the temperature constant, and gradually lowering a concentration of the solvent contained in the flow in the direction of moving the molding 5. The apparatus for manufacturing the sheet includes a molding means 1, a drying means 2 and a moving means 3 for realizing the method. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
