PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety and reduce the usage, weight and costs of grip fittings by defining load transfer to a steel shell from grip fittings embedded in concrete of a concrete-filled iron segment, when pulling force acts on the grip fittings. SOLUTION: An H-shaped or CT-shaped base 9 serving also as a vertical rib is arranged in the steel shell of the concrete-filled iron segment to ensure a load transfer mechanism from the grip fittings 21 to main beams 1. When a gripper 20 is inserted in a back cavity part 23 through an opening 22 of a cylindrical body 21a of the grip fitting 21 and turned on a turning axis along a stem part 20a, a swell part 20b is engaged with a shoulder portion 23a of the cavity part 23. The cylindrical body 21a has a substantially constant plate thickness, and has a plurality of stiffening ribs 29 integrally molded at a shoulder portion 25 to reinforce the opening 22, and a stiffening flange 30 integrally molded at a lower end.
