摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize miniaturization of a drive mechanism for pixel shifting. SOLUTION: In a space surrounded by the outermost peripheral part including a region 1A, and by a region 1B inside the region 1A, a piezoelectric element 4 is arranged, in such a manner that one and the other of two facing surfaces perpendicular to a driving direction are fixed with the regions 1A, 1B, respectively. The regions 1A and 1B are linked with each other, by using metal sections 1C at four parts which are symmetrical with a driven shaft AX passing a center of the two facing surfaces of the piezoelectric element 4, thin in the direction of the driven shaft AX and thick in a direction perpendicular to the driven shaft AX. The one and the other of the two facing surfaces of the piezoelectric element 4 are positioned on the sides which are opposite to each other to a center line CL, which is perpendicular to the driven shaft AX and is isolated at equal distance from the two metal sections 1C, which are positioned on the same side of the driven shaft AX. At least a pair of holes 2, 3 for fixing against the outside are arranged respectively on both sides of the center line CL in the region 1A and both sides of the driven shaft AX in the region 1B, thereby constituting the drive mechanism.
