PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance performance of a motor by suppressing short circulation of magnetic flux caused by a bridge (54) by thinly forming the bridge (54) in a rotor core (51) of a permanent magnet embedded motor, and at the same time, to prevent the bridge (54) from protruding from the outer peripheral face of the rotor core (51) due to its deformation. SOLUTION: A large number of thin magnetic plates (51A,51B) constituting the rotor core (51) are so constituted that the bridges (54) of the adjacent laminated magnetic plates (51A,51B) are not overlapped each other.
