PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a universal head system enabling the falling prevention of a pan tilt drive part without obstructing pan tilt operation. SOLUTION: In the universal head system having a pedestal part (1) and the pan tilt drive part (2) attached to the pedestal part (1), the pedestal part (1), the pan tilt drive part (2) and linear members (4a, 4b and 4c) passing through their insides are attached.
