PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which has high mechanical strength such as wear resistance and scratch resistance and has excellent stability in repeated use and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic system which have such an electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photoreceptive layer on a support, the surface layer of the photoreceptive layer contains an electrically insulating binder resin and a random-copolymer-type high-molecular-weight charge-transport-substance having a specific structure.
