PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member capable of being commonly adapted to a variety of sites such as a protruded corner, and a recessed corner. SOLUTION: The member comprises a base material 3 extended in one direction and a decorative material 20 provided on a surface 5 of the base material 3. The base material 3 has a groove 9 opened in a rear face 7 of the material 3 along the one direction, and the cross-section of the groove 9 is formed by circular faces 12 constituting two side faces of the groove 9 and a flat face 13 constituting a bottom of the groove 9 and connected to the circular faces 12. The bottom of the groove 9 is extended to a rear face of the material 20, and a synthetic rubber material 23 is provided on a surface of the groove 9. Further, the distance D between the surface of the material 23 and the rear face of the material 20 becomes greater toward a rim 11 of the groove from a center 9b of the groove.
