The invention relates to an inflatable float for multiple positions. The inventive float enables the user to adopt different basic and very comfortable postures with most of his/her body submerged in the water. As a result, the user can stay in the water for long periods of time without experiencing fatigue caused by the effort of trying to stay afloat and, in this way, can take advantage of the therapeutic benefits offered by the thermal and gravitational effects of the water. The user can choose a full rest position or a position such that different parts of the body are free to move, thereby enabling said body parts to be exercised.
