<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client information collecting system enabling a more precise and more fine analysis by collecting as much information as possible, including supply site of commodities and services and analyzing already realized orders together with unrealized orders or reservations with regard to orders or reservations from the client. <P>SOLUTION: In a sales site of commodities or services, an information collecting system utilizes a sales totalling device 2 of commodities and services having a means of inputting the client's order of the goods or services and collects the client's orders of commodities or services as the client information.
