PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print a label so that a content mentioned in the label becomes clearer. SOLUTION: Various pieces of input information such as a destination number and a function procedure, a first registration name of an arbitrary number of characters, a second registration name of the number of characters within a prescribed range and a character color and a character size of the second registration name are registered in a system memory part 5 in accordance with individual one touch keys on an operation display part 7. The second registration name is arranged in accordance with arrangements of a one touch key name sticking space on the operation display part 7 and the one touch keys.
