PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal and its call-receiving method for preventing troublesome communication which is immediately brought into call disconnection, after the call receiving. SOLUTION: When receiving a designator for generating a calling receiving signal, a timer is initiated and transition to actuation waiting of the call receiving takes place. After the timer is expired, the actuation of the call receiving is executed; and if the communication is disconnected before the timer has expired, transition to the initial state takes place.
