PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an off-line business system capable of performing an off-line application conventionally provided by a client server system, and also to provide a business terminal, and a business server. SOLUTION: The business server 2 downloads off-line business software for performing an off-line business and a data file including business data to be the object of the off-line business to the business terminal 1. The business terminal 1 performs the off-line business via a browser 10, and operates the business data in a pseudo-business database 17 which is generated from the downloaded data file. The business terminal 1 also generates an upload data file including updated business data, and uploads it to the business server 2.
