PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for generating a moving picture which is smoothly changed among a plurality of images, technology for simply generating the moving picture, technology for imparting effects to a static image, and applied technology utilizing those image processing functions. SOLUTION: Motion data M for specifying the moving position of each pixel block are previously prepared. When a pixel block included in a third image C for generating an intermediate image is moved on the basis of the motion data M, a fourth image D can be newly generated as an intermediate image.
