PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide acid solution used for producing a semiconductive belt which provides a desired electric resistance value even after long-term storage and whose mechanical strength resulting from polyimide is not spoiled, and the semiconductive belt obtained by using the polyamide acid solution. SOLUTION: The semiconductive polyimide belt is obtained by using the polyamide acid solution incorporating conductive filler, composed by stabilizing the conductive filler, and set so that the average particle size of the conductive filler obtained after it is preserved for 100 days under the atmosphere of 20°C and 60%RH is 95-105% of the average particle size obtained just after it is stabilized.
