PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out exchange of a culture medium without coming into direct contact with the culture medium. SOLUTION: A culture apparatus 1 is equipped with a culture vessel 6 for culturing a cell and a culture medium feeder 5 for feeding the culture medium 2 into the culturing vessel 6. The culture vessel 6 has a charge inlet 7 in which the culture medium 2 is chargeable into the interior in the upper part and the culture medium feeder 5 is equipped with a feed nozzle 4 for feeding the culture medium 2 through the charge inlet 7 without coming into contact with the culture vessel 6 and the contents.
