PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone system whereby a wireless slave unit at a moving destination telephone set can make discrimination of propriety of call origination equal to that under the control of a telephone set to which the wireless slave unit belongs when the wireless slave unit moves to another telephone set and is subjected to the control of the other telephone set. SOLUTION: Each telephone set is provided with a system control means for exchanging various information items with other telephone sets 1 via a connection line 5 mutually interconnecting the telephone sets 1. The moving telephone set 1B uses the system control means to acquire the result of call origination propriety discrimination of the wireless slave unit 30 belonging to the other telephone set and uses a call control means to apply call origination control to the wireless slave unit 30 on the basis of the result of the call origination propriety discrimination. Alternately, the moving destination telephone set 1B acquires terminal information in place of the result of call origination propriety discrimination, uses the call control means to discriminate the call origination propriety of the wireless slave unit 30 on the basis of the terminal information and applies call origination control to the wireless slave unit 30 on the basis of the result of discrimination.
