PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shift circuit usable regardless of the size of a first power supply voltage of a first logic circuit outputting signals and the second power supply voltage of a second logic circuit to which the signals are inputted. SOLUTION: By a first control circuit 11, a first switching element SW1 is turned off when the first power supply voltage Vdd1 becomes a preset prescribed valueαor lower and the first switching element SW1 is turned on in the case that the first power supply voltage Vdd1 exceeds the prescribed valueα. By a second control circuit 12, a second switching element SW2 is turned off when the second power supply voltage Vdd2 becomes the present prescribed valueβor lower and the second switching element SW2 is turned on in the case that the second power supply voltage Vdd2 exceeds the prescribed valueβ.
