<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more improved new heat-shrinkable polyester film also having proper biodegradability, and the use thereof. <P>SOLUTION: 50-10 wt.% of a biodegradable polyester resin with a Tg temperature of 25-50°C having an aliphatic polyester unit and a semi-aromatic polyester unit and 50-90 wt.% of a biodegradable polyester resin with a Tg temperature of 50-70°C having the aliphatic polyester unit are mixed to form a film.
