<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nutritive composition capable of feeding nourishment without restriction of dosage energy by raising rate of in vivo vitamin fullness and ameliorating the increase in blood sugar level of a patient requiring oral or enteral nutritional supply, especially a patient for digestive organ medical operation or aged person easy to fall into glucose tolerance disorder. <P>SOLUTION: This nutritive composition comprises proteins, carbohydrates and lipids as principal components and vitamins and minerals, and the composition comprises 4-11 mg of vitamin B1 per 100 kcal of the nutritive composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
