PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electric erosion due to the contact of different kind of metal, and to reduce residual residence. SOLUTION: The surfaces of a conductive part brought into contact with electrolyte 10, that is, a fixed electrode 12, a movable supporting body 25, a conductor 26, a supporting bar 27, and a movable electrode 28 are coated with non-electrolyte nickel plating.
