PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated capacitor equipped with external electrodes which are superior in positional and dimensional accuracy, high in bonding strength, and formed through a simple and inexpensive process, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A laminate 1 is equipped with a plurality of laminated dielectric layers 2, a first internal electrode layer 3 and a second internal electrode layer 4 confronted with each other through the dielectric layer 2, a first via-hole conductor 5 which connects the internal electrodes 3 together as penetrating through the dielectric layers 2 in the direction of thickness, and a second via-hole conductor 6 which connects the second internal electrodes 4 together. External terminal electrodes 51 and 61 connected to the via-hole conductors 5 and 6 are arranged on the one main surface of the laminate 1 for the formation of the laminated capacitor 10. The external terminal electrodes 51 and 61 are formed on the one surface of the laminate 1 as embedded in the dielectric layer 2 forming the one surface of the laminate 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
