SHIELD FILM, SHIELDED FLEXIBLE PRINTED WIRING BOARD, AND THEIR MANUFACTURING METHODS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield film that is excellent in both electromagnetic wave shielding property and flexibility, and to provide a shielded printed wiring board and methods by which the film and wiring board can be manufactured easily. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the shielded printed wiring board having the shield film 9 coating a substrate film 5 containing a printed circuit includes a step of forming the shield film 9 provided with a shield layer 8 constituted of a thin metallic film layer 8b and an adhesive layer 8a, by forming a cover film 7 by coating one surface of a separate film 6a with a resin having an excellent heat resistance; a step of bonding the shield film 9 to the surface of the substrate film 5 by placing the shield film 9 on the substrate film 5 so that the shield layer 8 may come into contact with the film 9 and heating and pressurizing the film 9; and a step of peeling off the separate film 6a.
