PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous electroplating system in which the improvement of product quality and the prevention of the damage to the surface of an electrode plate can be attained, also, the unevenness in the sticking of plating can be prevented, and the influence in quality on a product can be prevented. SOLUTION: In the continuous electroplating system for a steel sheet, electrodes are arranged opposite to each other. The electrode consists of split electrodes, and is composed in such a manner that a plurality of protectors with level difference are fitted into holes provided on each electrode surface of the split electrodes, and they are usually projected from sheet passing faces. The plurality of protectors provided on the surface of the split electrode are arranged at positions on which they are not mutually lapped with the other protectors and non-electric conduction parts to a sheet passing direction.
