PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cosmetic which does not impair touch in use and comprises a fluorescent substance to provide excellent make-up effect. SOLUTION: This cosmetic comprises an organic fluorescent substance obtained from an extract of a plant directly or the organic fluorescent substance adsorbed on powder.
