PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force distribution control device for a four-wheel drive vehicle capable of restricting the idling of drive wheels at the time of start (including the time of creep travel and the time of low accelerating operation). SOLUTION: The driving power transmission ratio of a driving power transmission device is controlled so that an amount of driving force distributed to the rear wheels (driven wheels) is made larger than a normal value, when the travel state of a four-wheel drive vehicle is judged to be a starting time. Practically, a correctionΔN torque T3 is added to a pre-torque T1 in addition to aΔN torque T2, enabling the idling (slip) of the front wheels (drive wheels) at starting to be restricted.
