PURPOSE: A single damper is installed in the center portion of a hinge connecting portion, thereby improving convenience and work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A tray main body housing is formed with a receiving space inside. A tray cover is formed with an opening button in upper part, and is hinged around a hinge portion. An elastic member(63) is provided in a connecting line between the tray cover and the hinge connecting portion to provide opening force of the tray cover. A single damper(57) is installed in the center of the connecting portion between the tray cover and the hinge connecting portion to adjust opening/closing speed of the tray cover.
