PURPOSE: Provided are a disposable skin whitening and moisturizing mask pack and a method for manufacturing the same by using natural products. Therefore, the manufactured mask pack has safety to the skin and excellent skin whitening and moisturizing effects. CONSTITUTION: A disposable skin whitening and moisturizing mask pack comprising 0.01-10 wt.% of Ganoderma Lucidum(FR.) Karst, 0.01-5 wt.% of licorice root, 0.01-5 wt.% of cherry, 0.01-5 wt.5 of japanese apricot, 0.1-5 wt.% of Poria cocos, 0.01-10 wt.% of chestnut skin, 0.01-10 wt.% of mung bean and if necessary a trace amount of hyaluronic acid, vitamin E and aroma essence oil.
