PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing an event operation cost of a building construction are provided to facilitate information sharing between a head office and a construction management target, and manage a construction cost in a remote place by writing an estimate and particulars for a design, automating a bidding business, and storing/searching expenses of the construction price in a database. CONSTITUTION: A head office computer(10) automatically makes a 3-D(Dimensional) model of the construction, generates the estimate and a particular sheet based on the 3-D model by linking with market information stored in a database server(40), sends the estimate and the particular sheet to each construction company, writes/sends an execution budget sheet by receiving a bidding sheet from the construction companies, manages construction costs and earnings, and outputs various reports by using the data stored in the database server. A wire/wireless communication terminal(30) transmits the data in real-time through the Internet connection through the wire/wireless communication network, transmits the bidding sheet to the head office computer, and inputs a construction process state of a field.
