A nonreciprocal circuit element includes a magnetic plate (11) having through holes (16a - 16c); center conductors (12a - 12c) crossing each other at a predetermined angle on a side associated with a first surface (11a) of the magnetic plate; and a common electrode (13) disposed on a side associated with a second surface (11b) of the magnetic plate and connected to the center conductors via the through holes.
