Method for recording and play back of information using a device that has both a combine recording-memory-unit and a memory-playback-unit. The recording-memory-unit has an appropriate set of rules for recording, temporary storage, management and deleting as required. The memory-playback-unit has a second set of rules governing transfer of content to the memory, storage management and if necessary deletion. An Independent claim is made for a device for recording and playback of data.
