<p>Method for producing extruded sheets or injection-moulded parts of plastic material comprising antimicrobial substances that are included solely within a specific thickness (N) of said sheet or part, whereas the remaining thickness (M) thereof is fully free of said antibacterial substances; the method comprises a final co-extrusion of two distinct masses of material, in which the first mass is solely comprised of basic resin under exclusion of any such antimicrobial substances, whereas the second mass is mainly comprised of thermoplastic material pellets, wherein said antimicrobial substances have been previously dispersed in said pellets through an injection-moulding or an extrusion process.</p> |
