PURPOSE: A memory circuit, a display circuit and a display device are provided to maintain a data signal as negative and positive analog driving voltages. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pixels(P) are arrayed in a matrix. A plurality of scanning lines(11+,11-,12+,12-) are disposed along rows of the pixels. A plurality of signal lines(20) are disposed along columns of the pixels. A plurality of pixel driving sections(PX) are disposed near intersections of the scanning lines and the signal lines. The pixel driving sections capture a data signal on one signal line and output the data signal to one pixel by control from one scanning line.
