The tool holder which comprises a plate (2) and shaft (3) has an elastic element (4) such as an O-ring and at least one means (5,6) for deforming same so that the elastic element when deformed prevents the tool (1) from detaching from the shaft. Independent claim describes tool change system where the tool is a plate brush. Independent claim describes brush machine with tool holders arranged in planetary unit (18) with common pneumatic cylinder. Independent claim describes tool holder adapter.
