<p>The body (2) integrates sections (15) of electrically-conductive plastic, forming an electrical connection between its inner- (17) and outer- (18) surfaces. The conductive sections are strips (16), their thickness being equal to the wall thickness of the body. They run parallel to the longitudinal axis (20-20) over the cylindrical casing (3) of the body. They run radially or diagonally under the base (4) and top (5). The drum has an inner- and an outer layer. It has a inner layer, middle layer and a permanently anti-static outer layer. A barrier layer intervenes between inner layer and middle layer. This is embedded in two bonding layers. An Independent claim is included for the corresponding method of manufacture.</p> |
