PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display and its fabrication method are provided to improve a bonding force of a liquid crystal panel as reducing cell gap defect. CONSTITUTION: A bottom substrate(100) has the first insulation film formed in the first area of the first substrate comprising the first area displaying an image and the second area formed around the first area, and the second insulation film revealing the first substrate partially by being formed in the second area of the first substrate, and the first electrode formed on the first insulation film. A top substrate(200) has the second electrode formed on the second substrate. A bonding member(350) includes the second insulation film in the second area and is formed on the first substrate, and bonds the bottom substrate and the top substrate. And a liquid crystal layer(300) is formed on the first area between the bottom substrate and the top substrate. |
