METHOD AND COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM FOR TUNING OBJECTIVE FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A method and a computer-readable medium for tuning an objective function are provided to adaptively determine weighting factors in the context of the objective function handling optimality conditions and constraints within an optimization search. CONSTITUTION: A value for each penalty component of the objective function is determined(S50). The worst penalty component is determined by using a determined penalty component value(S54). An adapted objective function is generated by making the worst penalty component have an increased emphasis as changing the weight factor of the second set weight factors matched with the determined worst penalty component and at least one other penalty component(S56).
