PURPOSE: A system for managing a health exercise and an operating method thereof are provided to suggest an exercise program fit to a user reflecting a result analyzing the previous excises for the next exercise, and offer the accumulated data through a display, a wireless terminal, or a PC monitor through the wire/wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A data input terminal(10) inputs the basic data of a user to a member information database(31) through the wire/wireless network after measuring the basic data. The database(30) stores member information, exercise programs, exercise results, guide contents, and integrated analysis information. A guide diagnosis device(20) generates an initial exercise program by analyzing the basic data, and prescribes the exercise program fit to a diagnosis result and items needed for the exercise after analyzing/diagnosing the information of an exercise result database(33). A data processor(40) analyzes the information accumulated in the data according to various elements such as time, a gender, an age, an exercise item, and a weight, and offers the result. A data output terminal(50) searches/inputs the information of the database and the data processor by using the display or various information terminals. |
