PURPOSE: An airbag system connecting airbag and headrest to protect head and neck of passengers by installing inflator in a holder fixed inside of the headrest. CONSTITUTION: An airbag system of a headrest is composed of an airbag(40), a holder(20) and an inflator(30). The air bag comprises a sewing line arranged for thickness adjustment inside of the headrest. The holder is connected to a plurality of studs in a center connecting hole of the airbag. An inflator is installed inside of the holder to explode gunpowder to distribute high pressure gas.
