APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTING GAMMA OF STACK TYPE ORGANIC EL AND ITS METHOD

PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting gamma of a stack type organic EL and its method are provided to adjust luminance difference in a panel according to a line resistance of an upper data line and a lower data line in the stack type organic EL where two data lines are connected to one scan line. CONSTITUTION: According to the method for adjusting gamma of a stack type organic EL, an intensity of a current applied to a pixel in a data driver IC connected to the data lines is adjusted to correspond to the amplitude of a line resistance according to the data line. According to the data driver IC connected to the data lines, the first constant current source is driven by applying a current to a pixel. A bias generation circuit controls the intensity of a current applied from the first constant current source. The second constant current source applies a current to the pixel additionally. A gamma bias generation circuit controls the intensity of the current applied from the second constant current source. And a switch part switches the current applied through on/off to the bias generation circuit and the gamma bias generation circuit.
