PURPOSE: An electric cooking device is provided having a heating portion of a ceramic glass plate to cook food put on the heating portion. CONSTITUTION: A heating portion(20) of a ceramic glass plate is installed in upper part of a main body. A heater(30) is mounted in lower side of the heating portion to conduct heat the heating portion. A reflecting plate(31) is installed in lower part of the heater to reflect heat. A passage(11) is installed in lower part of the reflecting plate. An oil passage(50) is formed at the edge of the heating portion to flow oil or water.
