PURPOSE: A computer desk with particular structure capable of watching computer display and studying together by studying groups of students seating front/rear sides of the desk and having a receipt part for other tools at lower side thereof. CONSTITUTION: The desk comprises an upper plate(1) with a wave pattern design; a leg(2) coupled on center part of bottom side of the upper plate(1) to support the desk; rotational parts(3,3') mounted on the leg(2) and top side of the upper plate(1); and receipt parts(4,4') installed on front and rear sides of other tools associated with the computer. The upper plate(1) is made of wood or synthetic resin material and, preferably, prepared of particle board or MDF or plywood coated with HPM or decoration sheet having high water-proof, heat-resistant or contamination-resistant properties and improved surface strength. On both sides of the upper plate, formed are holes for inserting monitor cables.
