PURPOSE: A device for spraying water on dust for preventing dust-flying in dust collector is provided which prevents flying dust generated when discharging collected dust from a dust collecting equipment for collecting dust and flying dust generated when transferring an object to be transferred on a belt conveyor facility. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises an upper body part(30) which is connected to induction pipe(33) and water supply pipe connected to dust collector, to an inner part of which a spray nozzle(94) for spraying water is connected, which is formed in such a cylindrical shape that diameter of the upper body part is increased as it goes from the upper side to the lower side, and on a lower surface of which an opening part is formed; a lower body part(40) which is formed in such a cylindrical shape that diameter of the lower body part is increased as it goes from the upper side to the lower side, to which a discharge pipe for discharging dust is connected, on an upper surface of which an opening part is formed so that the upper surface of the lower body part is engaged with the upper body part, and an outer circumferential part of the upper surface of which is elastically supported to an outer support(26); a mixing screw part(50) which inserted into the upper body part and lower body part with being rotationally fixed to the lower body part through bearing, and along the central shaft of which spiral screw blades(51) are formed; and a control part for moving the lower body part downward by load of the dust if a certain quantity of dust is accumulated on the screw blades of the mixing screw part after dust is transferred from the dust collector, mixing dust with water by reversely rotating the central shaft of the mixing screw part and spraying water after detecting position of the lower body part, and forward rotating the central shaft of the mixing screw part so that a mixture of water and dust is discharged.
