PURPOSE: Provided is an electrode plate for a lithium secondary battery having excellent capacity property. A lithium secondary battery comprising the electrode plate is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The electrode plate for a lithium secondary battery comprises active materials, a binder and an amine-based polymer having an amino nitrogen group at a main chain or a side chain. Particularly, the active materials are selected from the group consisting of a compound capable of forming a lithium-containing compound with a lithium ion reversibly, a carbon material and a lithiated intercalation compound. Further, the amine-based polymer is preferably a polyethyleneimine.
