PURPOSE: Drain structure of a top cover for a clothes drier is provided to prevent short by restricting water from flowing into electric components of the clothes drier through a control panel assembling hole of the top cover with discharging water on the top cover. CONSTITUTION: A clothes drier comprises a base forming the body floor; a front cabinet(2) forming the front of the body; a side cabinet forming the side of the body; a back cover(4) forming the back of the body; a top cover(5) installed in the upper parts of the front cabinet, the side cabinet and the back cover; and a control panel(6) installed on the rear top of the top cover. The edge of the top cover is curved, and a recessed groove(510) is formed in the rear part of the top cover. An assembling hole(530) is formed in the recessed groove to insert a control panel assembling hook(600) in the front of the control panel, and a metal firewall(8) is installed in the lower part of the top cover. |
