PURPOSE: A safe rail is provided to prevent a worker from falling down in working around a balcony while constructing an apartment or a building, and to reduce construction cost by installing and removing easily and adjusting the length with the wire rope. CONSTITUTION: Plural cone type nuts(2) are installed at both sides of a balcony, and hook bolts(3) are fitted to the cone type nuts. A wire rope(4) is fixed to the hook bolt, and installed in the upper and lower ends of a mesh(5). Turnbuckles(6) are mounted at both ends of the wire rope, and the wire rope is tightened by the turnbuckles. The cone type nut is cured in mounting a safe rail(10) in the balcony, and the hook bolt is combined with the cone type nut after disassembling the form. The wire rope with the mesh is connected to four sides of the hook bolt, and communicated with a pipe(7) fixed in the upper and lower parts of the mesh. The turnbuckles are combined with the ends of the wire rope, and the safe rail is installed by pulling and straining the wire rope.
